The Growth Collective³ is Black owned, operated and led. We are a group of experienced real estate developers, investment professionals, and public policy experts. We are committed to investing in real estate assets which produce attractive returns, and meaningful impact outcomes.
Our focus is value creation through active and responsible asset ownership, promotion of diversity and inclusion, and facilitation of equitable development planning in marginalized communities in Philadelphia.

The Growth Collective³ gives investors access to Philadelphia’s real estate market by curating, vetting, and aggregating impactful and financially attractive projects. We serve as an efficient capital allocation channel for investors who seek to do well by doing good.
The Growth Collective³ seeks to edify current and future communities by supporting sustainable place-based development at scale. Through direct and aligned investments, The Growth Collective³ intentionally promotes community informed: economic development, schools, access to food and healthcare, green infrastructure, housing, and meaningful wealth creation strategies, which are all all critical ingredients for long-term inclusive growth. Using our skills and knowledge, we offer stakeholders and governments models of holistic development which advance the health, wealth and welfare of residents while minimizing economic displacement and cultural erasure. Our ambition requires an intricate community of dedicated professionals, and we have built a robust network of investors, enterprises, non-governmental entities and intermediaries to see it to fruition.

Sandra Dungee Glenn
Sandra is the founder and convenor of The Growth Collective³. Sandra has served in executive level positions in community development, education, public policy, and electoral politics for over 40 years. She is an experienced convener who brings diverse stakeholders together to attack multi-faceted, interdisciplinary urban issues.
Steven L. Sanders
Steven is the Chairman of The Collective Investment Group, and is also the Chairman Beltraith Capital. For over 30 years, Steven has been fine-tuning his skills in the investment industry. He formed Beltraith Capital in 2008 to execute his vision to provide solution-driven investment strategies. Beltraith’s owned and incubated entities have a total AUM of $1.8 Billion.
Tayyib Smith
Tayyib is a Partner of The Growth Collective³, and a Principle of Meta Global. Tayyib embodies a career dedication to cultural competency and engagement of multicultural audiences. Tayyib is also a partner at S&R Holdings, a real estate development company that engages and invites diverse stakeholders of neighborhoods to become part of a growing, dynamic, multicultural tapestry.
